Repair of expansion type honing tools:
• Thorough analysis of services to be performed;
• Replacement of diamond rulers (guiding and finishing);
• Calendaring and dressing of diamond rulers in the tool;
• Replacement of hard metal guides in the tools with or without in process measurement (pneumatic);
• Equalization and calibration of air flow in the tools with pneumatic measurement;
• Replacement of components (as required).

Repair of Precidor type Honing tools:
• Thorough analysis of services to be performed;
• Replacement of diamond rulers;
• Calendaring and dressing of diamond rulers in the tool (as per Brunitec standards);
• Replacement of components (as required).

Honing services provided to third parties

We provide honing services for ø 4.0 a 100.00mm with length up to 500mm in any material and for higher sizes on demand.
